Both the traditional green genovese and the purple opal basil are available for achieving impact with both flavor and color. The purple variety is less sweet than other varieties of sweet basil with anise and subtle ginger undertones, whilst the green variety has a more traditional basil flavor. Provides a beautiful complement to a variety of dishes. Available as microgreen or full-size.
