How we grow
We grow using a hybrid farming model — combining organic soil-based greenhouses with precision indoor vertical growing systems. This approach allows us to work with each plant on its own terms, nurturing flavour development, plant health, and natural growing rhythms, while minimising water use, waste, and environmental impact.
It also means we can offer a dynamic, ever-changing selection of interesting varieties across the season, while maintaining a reliable core range available year round. As summer arrives and temperatures soar, more of our production shifts indoors — though increasingly, we are developing and trialling varieties that can be grown organically in our greenhouses throughout the year, reducing our seasonal dependency and deepening our commitment to consistent, local supply. In a country where the desert is our backdrop, every drop and every decision counts.
We are proud to be the first edible flower farm in the UAE to receive organic certification for greenhouse-grown flowers — a milestone years in the making, and a reflection of our unwavering commitment to soil health, clean inputs, and full transparency. Our farming practices are independently certified and regularly audited, so when you see our name on a product, you can trust exactly what went into growing it. Today, the great majority of everything we grow and send out is fully organic — and our teas, without exception, always are.
