As the main driver behind the farm, it is her vision that lead to the formation of Mary Anne’s Fresh Produce. She acts as the main interaction point for our chefs, which she enjoys very much. Her conversations with them are her main inspiration for her other area of focus, innovation in our produce offerings. Overall she is in charge of daily operations and makes sure everything keeps growing!

Lukas was one of the first and most committed people to financially back the farm. He continues to provide thought-provoking financial and strategic advice.

As our Operations & Quality Assurance Manager Joshua is the one who makes the actual work happen. He makes sure every Chef gets what they ordered whilst maintaining the highest quality and food safety standards.

Noor uses her sense of organization to keep everyone on track by managing the company's Finances and Admin. Additionally she ensures all our Agri-techs are well celebrated and looked after as she heads HR.
