Soft, feathery and wonderfully aromatic, our organic fennel leaves carry the same gentle anise and liquorice warmth as the bulb, but in a more delicate, herb-like form that's endlessly versatile in the kitchen. Grown on-site at our Dubai farm and harvested fresh each morning, they bring a brightness and freshness that dried fennel simply cannot replicate.

Use them to stuff whole fish before roasting, toss through salads and pasta, blend into dressings and marinades, or use as an elegant garnish wherever you want a subtle anise note. A wonderful source of vitamin C, potassium and antioxidants.
